Who should attend: If you are a parent, educator, professional caregiver in the mental / physical / wellness fields, first responder or anyone experiencing stress or anxiety in their personal or professional capacity.
This is an experiential workshop for those wanting to learn tools to release stress, overwhelm and frustration to gain more clarity in the moment. Life can be unpredictable, throwing many curve balls our way. EFT Tapping is a free and easy tool to help release emotions safely from the body and keep your nervous system regulated.
