14 Days of Cultivating Gratitude with Tapping & Meditation

Join Candace Fox and Megan Wawryk on a 14 day journey as they lead participants through a virtual gathering; cultivating gratitude and compassion from the inside out. This is a NEW project with limited spots open; participants can expect this to be both an interactive group experience while also being very intimate and individual.
Inviting gratitude into your life and daily routine is very much a personal experience of flirting with choice - an alternative perspective or reaction to the facts happening around you. It is not a denial of the painful and difficult experiences we all go through but rather, choosing to open your mind and heart to the learning and beauty in those moments. The mess can become your message. The end becomes a new beginning.
What better time than now, in today’s ever changing world to create and cultivate a new level of appreciation for the world you live in, a place you have a hand in helping shape and form. Open and soften your heart to allow more space for the good. Create a calm that allows for clarity and creativity in the moment while you find more reasons to celebrate the simple things in life.
Each day a new theme/topic will be presented for introspection, contemplation and transmutation. Participants will use the power of heart brain coherence, tapping and meditation to create the internal emotional climate that allows gratitude and compassion to seep in an percolate.
